To support our Online Team at the Headquarters in Vienna, we’re now looking for a
Ruby on Rails Developer
to join our team full-time as soon as possible.
In this position, you’ll be working on our community site (2.500.000 monthly visits, 11.000.000 online photos, a magazine of 80.000 articles – all in 15 languages), some co-operations and our internal tools within our team in our Headquarters in Vienna.
We expect you to be an integral part of this team and help us developing, maintaining and optimizing our site with your experience. Therefore we are looking for someone who likes to (re)write clean codes and wants to contribute to our small team.
The REQUIREMENTS for this position are:
- Experience with Ruby on Rails (or any similar framework)
- Experience with Java Script
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with databases (especially PostgreSQL and MongoDB)
WE CONSIDER as an additional Plus:
- Experience with NodeJS and Sinatra
- Administration of Unix Servers
- Familiar with Git
- Worked on heavy traffic sites
