Running lean for the past four month we have shaped the product and
business model through intensive customer development and hard work. Now we are ready to take the next step and implement our MVP before pitching the idea to angel investors.
Therefore we are looking for a CTO who is a seasoned traveller and does not fear the challenges joining us by defining and shaping a real product that will conquer the world.
Your bag of tricks
- A native in rails, python/django or php, through proven track record
- Expertise in SQL, asynchronous web services, HTML5 and CSS at its best, Facebook API is a plus
- Knowledge in cloud computing
- Enthusiasm for pragmatic coding
- An eye for simplicity and focus to great user experience
- Ability to integrate into a passionate team of young and motivated people who are aiming high
- Strong communication skills; tech blog is a plus
- 2 years work experience in teams; management experience is a plus
- Will to lead a team, very goal-driven and highly independent
- Good English communication skills in oral and writing
- Motivation, talent, endless passion and getting things done faster than others
- Okay with flexible working hours
What you’ll do
- Enrich our founders team with expert knowhow
- Being responsible for things like building and managing our IT department
- Together with us you will create and shape a real product that you love with visionary features and awesome user interface
- Define and implement our system architecture
- Push your career by living the exciting life of an entrepreneur who is riding the startup roller coaster
