Mobile Application Tester
Due to the rapid growth of our app we are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial individual interested in gathering (first) experience in the mobile app world with a focus on Quality Assurance & performing Technical Tests of our Apps.
Responsibilities
- support our QA Engineer in executing test plans and test cases
- work with the support team to identify software defects reported by our users
- document, track and support the fixing of bugs and defects
- become an expert in how each feature works in detail and how changes might affect individual aspects and the entire app
- define and execute exploratory tests and recommend improvements to the app based on their outcomes
Skill Requirements - mandatory
- High level of analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
- familiarity with Android and/or iOS devices and operating systems
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- enthusiasm for mobile apps & travel
Skill Requirements - optional
- technical training (HTL, degree in computer science, ...)
- programming skills
- experience in working with developers
- experience in working in a startup
Work Times
8 - 30 h / week (depending on the form of employment)
Salary
Negotiable
This job can be performed on part-time or full-time basis and also in the form of an internship and requires your presence in our offices in Vienna.
