1st / 2nd Level Support
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Tier-1 and 2 level of technical support in a global IT support team, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows clients (notebooks and PCs, VM's), smartphones, multifunctional devices and network printers
- Assists in the testing, evaluation, and installation of patches, upgrades and enhancements to the systems/desktop computing environment
- Administration of AD/AAD user accounts, groups and mailboxes
- Assists in the management of the stock and inventory of equipment, software and hardware
- Takeover of IT infrastructure subprojects
- Participates and presents IT related topics in internal local meetings
Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable)
- Professional experience in IT support
- Good experience working in the IT field with hardware and software is required
- Good knowledge of MS Office products, on-prem and Microsoft 365
- An Active Directory and Windows Server certification is preferred
- Experience in one or more of the areas: AAD/AD, Exchange, MS Intune, VMware or Backup preferred
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English and German
