now would u help me or not, even u could think about it as a challenger if u r perfect in these types of problems, i m just amateur...and this problem, is just for testing skills, not a homework as u think...and the grades are fake...describes how he insure about za formulation...even i could think about the general model and implementation also...but for god sake , the formulation if u can .. ?!

i dont want u to solve me my homework....i just need anytype of help,hints,examples from someone who really know about these algorithms, so if u dont know ,dont reply on such a topic ..not telling me i wont solve u ur homework..i havent asked u for zat !!
