    YOUR MISSION
    As part of our young, smart and motivated iOS team you will write code used daily by millions of users worldwide. You will be mainly responsible for:

    • Development on the cutting edge of iOS frameworks
    • Conception and implementation of mobile apps
    • Collaboration with designers, engineers as well as product managers to design and ship new features
    • Technical architecture decisions
    • Mentoring of junior developers
    • Implementation of innovative ideas to challenge yourself and others

    YOUR PROFILE

    • At least 2 years of practical experience with iOS development
    • Expert knowledge of (ObjC || Swift) && iOS
    • Excellent skills in writing clean and maintainable code
    • Preferably, a degree in (Mobile) Computing, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (higher technical institute or university)
    • Very good German and basic English skills OR very good English skills (written and spoken)
    • Self-starter, fast learner and motivated team player willing to work in beautiful Austria

  • Ruby Backend Developer

In order to expand our team at our headquarters in Pasching/Linz, our office in Vienna or Salzburg, we are currently looking for a:
    RUBY BACKEND DEVELOPER

    YOUR CHALLENGE
    With every app download and new feature, we face the challenge of scaling our backend and infrastructure to meet the requirements of our customers. Ruby (JRuby,MRI), Rails, a service-oriented architecture and our handpicked database technologies help us reach this goal. Your responsibilities as part of the team will be:

    • Conception and implementation of new social, geobased or health features
    • Design of next generation, efficient and reusable backend services as well as APIs
    • Development of highly available, fast and scalable solutions


    There will also be plenty of opportunities to bring in your own ideas and thereby help the department develop further.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Degree in Information Technology, SoftwareEngineering or a related field (higher technical institute or university)
    • Expertise with backend development and enthusiasm for Ruby (first practical experience is a plus)
    • Understanding of databases, for example, MySQL,MongoDB, Cassandra - We use those among others!
    • Preference for talking to clients in JSON or binary
    • Very good English skills both written and spoken OR very good German and at least basic English
    • Willingness to learn, to build cool stuff and to work in beautiful Linz, Salzburg or Vienna (Austria)
