Our client is the leading retail bank in Austria and CEE. The Group Digital Sales team sets the framework of the digital transformation strategy of the Group in close collaboration with the local entities and stake holders. The objective is to develop an omnichannel capable bank offering the best client experience with solid digital revenue streams.
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
-You develop the strategic framework, coordinate the implementation with local entities and group stakeholders and support local projects in the following areas: customer behavior, customer data and tracking, customer journey, CRM, digital campaigning, customer experience and front end
-You support the monetization of our digital sales channels as important part of the retail business
-You contribute and develop groupwide strategic guidelines in the area of online Marketing
-You manage groupwide strategic projects and support local project teams.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-You offer at least 5 years marketing management experience in strategic projects
-You have proven experience in content marketing, search engine optimization, Email and Social Media marketing
-You have a degree in Business and / or Marketing
-You possess strong creative and analytical skills with data driven thinking and experience in digital marketing
-You have excellent interpersonal skills, strong networking and relationship management skills
-You speak excellent English and preferably one or more CEE languages
-You are willing to travel up to 30%
