You have experience in designing training programs for a global organization in a technical environment. Not only do you enjoy working in a project organization, you also know how to handle complex projects and make changes possible. You know how to communicate processes and bring them to life in a worldwide organization.
Ihre Aufgaben:
• Development of training concepts and designs for the global roll-out of our client‘s software solutions
• Ensuring the learning objectives in the context of Process Excellence
• Responsibility and implementation of communication concepts as well as the communicative support of the project
• Support of the global change process through a sensitized and target group oriented communication strategy with the aim of the highest possible acceptance by the employees
• International conception of areas of responsibilty while taking local circumstances responsible taking into account
Ihr Profil:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, information technology, organizational behaviour, etc.) and several years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in training conception including design (ideally of software solutions) as well as in the execution of trainings and in the moderation of workshops
• Global Project Management experience
• Knowledge in dealing with different communication channels
• Excellent English as well as good German skills
• Position requires regular travelling (<30%) abroad
• The salary for this position differs according to your individual qualifications from € 65.000 gross per year. However, the attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary. We are looking forward to your application!
