YOUR BUSINESS:
- Analysis of customer requirements.
- Creation of test cases to ensure the highest possible software quality.
- Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing during all QA phases in accordance with international standards.
- Analysis and continuous improvement of the test process.
- Planning, monitoring and management of the test procedure.
- Creation of test concepts.
- Identification, tracking, documentation and resolution of detected errors.
- Technical coordination and support of software testers in the customer team.
- Close cooperation with the development teams in an agile environment.
YOU HAVE:
- successfully completed IT education (HTL, FH, etc.)
- 2-3 years minimum of experience in Software Quality Manager/ QA Manager role.
- Understanding of testing methodologies and processes (ISTQB, behavior-driven testing).
- Very good analytical thinking, high accuracy and responsibility.
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent English, German knowledge will be an advantage.
- Ready to travel (mostly Europe and Thailand).
