eisn von beiden is ein minimales set an header files fuer windows oder so, das andere ich glaub msys is ein minimales toolset fuer windows.

wobei man mingw VOR msys installieren sollte, glaub ich, weiß allerdings auch nicht was passiert wenn mans umgekehrt macht
